Tom Murawski, PE

President

Tom is a licensed professional engineer with over 20 years of experience in design/build mechanical construction. In this time, he has designed a wide range of projects including healthcare facilities, research laboratories, Class A office buildings, and data centers. He has been responsible for the design and documentation of many LEED projects including several projects which achieved Platinum certification. As President of iENG, Tom guides the creativity of our engineers and designers, challenging each and every one of them to discover the best solutions for our projects. He is also involved with conceptual design, estimating, detailed design of mechanical systems and energy modeling for projects.

Annalise Regan, PE

Vice President – Design

Annalise is a licensed Professional Engineer with 13 years of experience in engineering HVAC systems. She is responsible for overseeing the design department as well as the mechanical design of large scale commercial and industrial HVAC and process systems. Annalise brings detail-focused engineering perspective to clients and team members throughout the design process. Prior to working at iENG and icon Mechanical, Annalise was an associate at Jaros, Baum & Bolles in New York, NY where she was responsible for designing the mechanical systems for projects such as the World Trade Center and the Whitney Museum of American Art.

Daniel Ems

Vice President - Construction Operations

Daniel has eight years of experience in design/build construction projects. The projects in his portfolio span across the nation and range from commercial office buildings to manufacturing plants, data centers, industrial power plants and distribution warehouses, among others. As the Vice President of Construction Operations, Daniel is responsible for overall operations and oversight of project management to ensure successful projects. Daniel is also involved with designs, estimating, construction management, procurement, scheduling and commissioning of mechanical systems.
